You can see the amount of your Bonus on the [Rewards Hub] page:
The bonus is not credited to your account. The bonus credit is added to your trading liquidity and can be used to increase your margin. It allows you to open orders with a smaller amount, that is why you may see the bonus amount being added to equity, but not to the overall balance.
Please be aware that bonus credit can be cancelled as a result of several cases:
Your Equity is lower than the amount of Bonus credit.
For example, you have the bonus of $100, and if your Equity drops below $90, the bonus will be canceled.
You have made a withdrawal or transfer to a Partner.
Once you withdraw funds or make a transfer to your Partner, a bonus equal to the withdrawn/transferred amount is deducted from your account.
You made an internal transfer.
In this case, the bonus is not canceled, but transferred to another account along with the funds, in the same amount as the amount of transfer.
The bonus has expired due to account inactivity.
The bonus credit expires 28 days after the last opened trade or the last deposit you made.
The bonus was canceled manually.
Please be aware that if you cancel the bonus yourself or contact support to do it, you will not be able to receive the bonus for your further deposits, and it cannot be restored.
